Facial reflexology is a fascinating experience.  Pressure points on the face which correspond to areas within our bodies are pressed in a circular fashion on the face, forehead, under the eyes, chin and ears. 

I personally found the facial reflexology very relaxing indeed.  A facial reflexology treatment does not take as long as foot reflexology.  It only takes about half an hour, but you do feel the benefit and you will be surprised how completely relaxing it is.

The facial reflexology can be done in a chair, sitting upright, or on my special Lafuma chair where you are tipped back in to relaxed position.  That can be decided at the time of your consultation.
