The process of conscious breathing to help achieve embodiment, energising levels, soul awakening and abundance and also the process and release of experiences of trauma allowing us to reach levels of self-awareness on a deeper level.
We use sympathetic breathwork to build energy in your body and 'wake' yourself up or parasympathetic breathwork to achieve a state of rest, relaxation and digestion.
Positive effects are alleviating and managing stress, restoring energy and bringing balance to the body, mind and soul.
You will be guided to breathe at a fast or slow rate for a set amount of time in order to bring about altered states of consciousness whilst listening to music and guided meditations.
