VINYASA 'SLOW' YOGA at Cocoon
Vinyasa 'Slow' Yoga with MONICA CAFFERKY - A beginner's friendly version of Vinyasa Flow. In Vinyasa 'Slow', you will have time to find your way into the postures whatever your ability. The class will help you stretch, connect with your breath and find inner calm in a safe place.
As the weeks progress, you will develop a solid foundation in your yoga practice. In turn, you will improve stamina, strength and flexibility.
Regular weekly session Thursday evenings 6pm to 7pm £7.
